Tehama Wildflowers Trail Runs

50K Trail Run, 2 Person Relay, and 10K Trail Run
Start: 50k and 50k Relay -7:00 am
         10k - 8:00 am
Red Bluff, CA
Awards: 1st Overall Male/Female

Early Entry (until April 5, 2014)
    50k - $55    50k Relay - $65   10k - $25
After April 5
    50k -  $60   50k Relay  - $75  10k - $28
Day of Race
    50k -  $65   50k Relay  - $80  10k - $30

Includes race, shirt, Sunsweet stuff, and awesome post race BBQ
If you do not register by the April 5 early registration cut-off, you will NOT be guaranteed a shirt.

The Sherman Ranch will be the Start/Finish. Relay handoff will be at Oak Slough.

Course - combination of single track trail, some gravel and dirt roads.

  • Trails are smooth with some rocky (volcanic) sections - about 2000 ft elevation gain
  • 4 total creek crossings. (2 each for each relay person)- lots of wildflowers!
  • 8 hour time limit

  • Check-in - Check-in and packet pick-up for the 50k and relay will be Saturday morning at the Sherman
                       Ranch, 22800 Bend Ferry Road from 6:00-6:45.
                     - Check-in for the 10k will be available until 7:45.

    Aid Stations - 6 aid stations, 1 remote location (visited twice) may be unmanned and have only water. Be prepared!

    Weather can vary - previous years at that time have had temps as high as mid 90's, and mid 60's/light rain

    DIRECTIONS - Take the Jelly's Ferry Road exit off I-5. Drive 2 miles, turn right on Bend Ferry Road. Drive approximately 3 miles to the ranch gate on the left. Turn into the gravel drive way and continue to the house and parking.

    Proceeds go to the Dairyville Community Club - college scholarships to future farmers in Tehama County,  Sweat Running Club for athlete scholars, and Tehama County Trails for trail work.
